Software problems, a Mac that has slowed right down, macOS reinstalls, file transfers to a new Mac, and storage or battery issues on models where those parts can be replaced. We assess first and tell you what is realistic.
When we point you elsewhere
Newer MacBooks have memory and storage built onto the logic board, and some faults need Apple parts and tools. If that is your Mac, we say so before you spend anything.
